One of the reputed Consulting Company working in the Multi-Sector areas is updating its roster for upcoming assignments and interested experts and candidates may apply for below positions. 

1.  Position: Laravel Developer Full-time (2) 

Laravel developer must be able to develop data driven web applications that are scalable and production-ready. Candidate must be able to develop web application for interactive data visualization with authentication, authorization and other technologies like Kobo API embedded within Laravel Framework. 

The position requires applicant to be a self-starter, problem solver, ability to work independently, handle multiple projects and prioritize workload. The individual must be able to take ownership of tasks assigned and work within the scope of project assignments, while meeting expected deadlines and communicating progress to team members and the project manager. 

Core Skills, and Abilities:

Candidate must have good skills in JavaScript, CSS and knowledge of ChartJS or d3JS or VueJS Framework.  Candidate must be able to learn VueJS if not already familiar with it.  Others skills like know-how in Bootstrap, JSON, Google Map API, LeafletJS, GeoServer,GeoExt

Education and Experience Requirements:  

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in computer science stream or any BScCS/ BCA/BIT/BIM/BE
• Must have a minimum of 2 year of similar work experience in Laravel.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL and MySQLi Administration. 
• Sound knowledge and concept in web development principles and best practices
• Ability to build and scale highly-secure server-side programs with authorization and authentication techniques
• Self-directed with the ability to handle a wide variety of tasks with minimal supervision.

2.  GIS Technician (2 )

The main role and responsibility is to assist the map production for the digital profile and spatial data generation for the Geo Server management in support of LSGA government planning and profile development.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Prepares and develops maps, graphs and charts from field data in QGIS / ArcGIS ,  for various municipalities and rural  municipalities;
• Inputs, updates and maintain GIS data layers for online mapping/web mapping portal
• Performs data acquisition, digitizing, reprocessing Open Street Maps, Google Earth, Satellite Image 
• Conducts mapping research, Household Level Survey, Data Management and Resource Mapping 
• Provides backup support for other support staff or facilitate GIS training 

Required Skills, Education and Experience Requirements:  

• Bachelors degree in Geography, Geomatics, Computer Science /IT related fields
• Must have good skills of QGIS and ArcGIS  10.x and knowledge in web mapping
• Sound knowledge in Excel or Skills with database programming in MS Access applications
• Knowledge of computer workstations, GPS field equipment, plotters and printers.
• Others skills/know-how in Mobile data collection Google Earth, KML data handling
• Self-motivated with the ability to handle a wide variety of tasks with minimal supervision.

3.  Position: Urban Planner (1) 

Education and Experience Requirements: 

Minimum Master’s degree in Urban Planning/ Regional Planning/ Urban Ecological Planning or engineering field/CivilEngineering/Architectureengineeringand having minimum 5Years of relevant work experience. 

• Prepare Urban Development Plan, landuse zoning, building inventory, urban design conceptualization, and building bye-laws.
• Responsible for mobilizing the team members, overall planning, programming, coordination, monitoring, and supervision of team members work. 
• Review Conceptual/Block /infrastructure plans/ engineering design, cost estimate etc,
• Support the team to design and Estimate Detail design of DPR projects.
•  Conduct meeting, workshop etc. as and when required. 

4.  Position: Architect

Education and Experience Requirements: 

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Architecture and having minimum 3 years of relevant work experience after Bachelor’s Degree.

• Prepare and Support for urban planner to prepare lands zoning, building inventory, urban design conceptualization,and building bye-laws. 
• Responsible for mobilizing the team members, overall planning, programming, coordination, monitoring, and supervision of team member's work. 
• Review Conceptual/Block /infrastructure plans/ engineering design, cost estimate etc,
• Support the team to design and Estimate Detail design of DPR projects.
•  Conduct meeting, workshop etc. as and when required. 

5.  Position: Senior Surveyor

Education and Experience Requirements: 

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Survey Engineering/ GeomaticsEngineering or completed SeniorSurvey Training Course with minimum 3 years of relevant work experience. 

• Support to team leader for Geographical survey/ topographical survey.
• Support the team to design and Estimate Detail design of DPR projects.
•  Conduct meeting, workshop etc. as and when required. 

6.  Position: NWASH Expert (1) 

Education and Experience Requirements: 

Bachelor’s Degree preferably with civil engineering specialized in water supply / sanitary engineering, or Development Planning from recognized university.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent degree with having more than 5years of experience on WASH sector.
• Technical knowledge on WASH programmes and Sound knowledge of NWASH software on data collection.
• Experience on managing large scale study such as baseline, performance monitoring, mid- term/final evaluation.
• Strong knowledge on rural/urban WASH context, including, communal and self-water supply systems, faecal sludge management, and solid waste management.
• Competency in Report writing, Analysis and Team Mobilization & coordination. 
• Working with I/NGOs and development organization,
• Communication, working with people, drive for result, formulating strategy/concept, advocacy, negotiation skills.

7.  Position: District Coordinators (2) for Province 1and 2

Main Responsibilities of District Coordinator will be overall Management, Implement and Monitor of the project activities in the Local level and District. 

Education and Experience Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree in any Faculty.
• Learning attitude with problem Solving capacity, enthusiasm, Self-motivated and passionate.
• At least 1 years of relevant working experience, particularly in Terai area.
• Excellent skills on Computer (Office Applications), Filed Level Training Management, Logistic and reporting skills. 
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong communication skills in Local languages.

8.  Position: Filed Supervisors (6) for Province 1and 2 

Education and Experience Requirements: 

• + 2 Passed in any Faculty.
• Learning attitude with problem Solving capacity, enthusiasm, Self-motivated and passionate. 
• Knowledge of Office Applications. 
• Excellent communication and Coordination skills
• Strong communication skills in Nepali and English.

9.  Position: Interns ( paid) 

Education and Experience Requirements: 

• An enthusiasm, motivated and passionate individual who want to peruse their career in big data analysis, data visualization and online GIS/web mapping applications.

Job Descriptions

• Assist senior data analyst and compile data cleaning and troubleshooting  
• Data Quality assurance testing, performing whit box test and back box testing.
• Assist in spatial data acquisition , compilation and GIS data cleaning
