Other Specification

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from recognized university
• 5 years’ experience in building constructions
• Knowledge of infrastructure rules and regulations, and quality standards in Nepal, building and construction practices
• Excellent command on project control techniques with detailed understanding of project planning, site execution, schedules and budget management
• Good language command in both English and Nepali (both writing and speaking)
• Expected to have excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude

Job Description

• Responsible to supervise/oversee the assigned construction projects and ensure the quality and efficiency
• Reviews the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• Coordinates with Architect, Consultants and other relevant departments
• Conducts on-site investigations and analyze data
