We are looking for the potential candidates for the post of:
Job Title : Finance & Administration Coordinator
Purpose of the Job : The Finance and Administration Coordinator will be responsible for overall financial management, including budgeting, financial reporting; and maintaining and supervising project accounts, books of accounts, banking and financial operations, and all administrative work. The Admin/Finance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing cash management, payroll, financial disbursements, ledgers and ensuring financial control, transparency and accountability. S/He is also responsible to provide administrative support to the organization in the achievement of vision and mission. S/He will also be responsible for logistics, procurement, property management and supervise Admin/Finance Team.
Minimum Qualification and competencies requirements:
Job Title : Coordinator – Women Empowerment Programme
Purpose of the Job: Responsible for overall designing, management and implementation of the Women Empowerment Programme (WEP) of INNP. She will be responsible for the development of the proposal, concept notes, liaising with donors, monitoring and evaluation of the project in line with INNP’s vision and strategic objectives. She will take lead role in running Lydia Training Center as well as fostering innovation, learning and collaborative partnership with donors and line agencies.
Minimum Qualification and competencies requirements:
Job Title : Coordinator - MEAL
Purpose of the Job : The main purpose of the MEAL coordinator is to support the INNP programs in the development of monitoring and evaluation framework and implement the monitoring activities and internal evaluation for the result-based project management. The MEAL officer oversees the M&E component of INNP and contributes to overall program quality through the coordination and implementation of enhanced monitoring and evaluation, accountability and learning strategies.
