Job Description

• Ensure all the purchased materials are timely delivered alongside assuring high quality products with reasonable prices.
• Maintain proper documentation: both digital and manual
• Coordinate with other departments as deemed necessary before finalizing the products.
• Ask quotations and negotiate with various logistics companies before the purchase
• Deal with suppliers regarding documents and shipping schedules
• Deal with banks for all the financial aspects
• Coordinate with customs agents for custom clearance
• Handle entire SCM related works

Job Specifications

• Bachelor's Degree with specialization in supply chain or management
• Excellent follow up skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Language ( Excellent English and Nepali reading, writing, speaking and Hindi Speaking)
• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in the relevant field.
