Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate in planning and organization
• Recognizing the prospects and making an initial contact
• Direct communication with customers
• Record weekly, monthly progress
• Report to the stakeholders opportunities, challenges  

Key Skills, Experience & Requirements

•  Excellent working knowledge of various salesman techniques like cold-calling, direct mailing, telephoning, emailing
• At least 3-5 years of experience working in sales and marketing
• Demonstrable previous sales and marketing experience
• Excellent English and Nepali language skills
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn our tools
• Preferably graduate level of education (BBA/MBA) in related field although not a must
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good communication and judgement skills
