We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to manage our internal Recruitment and hiring Processes.
As our Recruitment Specialist, you will be coordinate with our HR- Manager for all hiring processes. You will be the go-to person for everything involving Recruitment.
If you are hired, you will work remotely but are expected to work from our office in Hadigaun (near Baluwatar) when it is safe to work from the office.

What will you be responsible for?
Talent Mapping and Channel Management:
Source key and high-end talent through multiple channels
Management of recruitment channel, Formulate and optimize recruitment channel strategy.
Keep attracting target talents by active management through building talent map and collect market insight information (Talent availability, talent movement, talent pool sizing, competitor’s movements)
Make workforce planning periodically.
Develop and maintain Talent Pool for immediate and future positions.
Recruitment and Allocation:
Manage all levels of recruitment, understand resource requirements and delivery as per recruitment needs.
Draft job descriptions and job postings that accurately describe the roles and their requirements as well as appeal to job seekers.
Source (Headhunt/Channel/Reference/Advertisement) candidates as per the business requirement, resume screening, and reference check.
Interview management (Scheduling/HR/Technical/Final Interview) following the company framework.
Develop and design interview questionnaires
Onboarding management (joining formalities, employment agreement, new employee orientation)
Developing search strategies to reach and attract qualified candidates
How Qualified should you be?
Minimum 2 years of Recruitment experience
An applicant with at least a bachelor degree with a specialization in HR is preferred
Full understanding of the best Recruitment practices and their functionalities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency and fluency in English and Nepali both
Should have good and sound knowledge of google drive, docs, and sheets
Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high-quality work
Leadership skills, a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude, with excellent networking skills
Highly proactive, great attention, and organization to details
