The project will be implement in Mangelsen Municipality and PanchadewalBinanyak Municipality of Achham District. WAC- Nepal is seeking qualified, dynamic and motivated Nepali citizens on following positions for smooth implementation of the project.
Position: Finance Admin and Supply Chain Officer: 1 Person
Minimum Qualification and experience: Bachelor Degree of Commerce, Business Studies or Equivalent master degree in Finance/Accounting or Equivalent, preferred, Minimum 3 years of experience in independently handling budgeting, financial accounting, planning and analysis in I/NGO and preferably within Save the Children funded projects, Demonstrated experience in the use of MS office Package (Word/Excel/PowerPoint etc.) & Internet, Experience of working in FAMAS, Ability to lead financial management of the project/program and make the linkage of this with overall financial management of the organization
Major Responsibility: Prepare (Master Budget) annual budget and prepare revision budget on quarterly basis, Ensure proper cash management to run field level activities and day to day operations, Ensure compliance of local laws, donor requirements and internal control mechanism, Timely payments of vendor’s bills and settlement of advance, liabilities and receivables etc and reconcile periodically, Maintain and disbursement of petty cash of field office, BRS preparation, Tax detail preparation, Admin and Financial Management along with supply chain of the Project/Program – 40%, Budgeting and Reporting – 30%, Financial Monitoring – 20% and Compliance and Others – 10%. Managing Purchasing Requisition, Executing and Solicitation of Sourcing Methods and Implement Strategic Sourcing, Contract management, general office administration and logistics and procurement management, Payment/Invoice Processing, Risk Management, Compliance and Review, Reporting and Analysis.
Position: MEAL Officer -1 Person
Minimum Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in social science or development studies. At least 3 years of experience working with I/NGO in the field of Monitoring, Evaluation and Accountability and Learning sector. Experience on data collection, Effective written and oral communications skills including presentation and reporting skills, Good computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Ability to work under pressure, Develop tools to collect the information against indicator, Demonstrate collaboration & team building skills, Confidence to represent in district, knowledge on M&E plan and logframe, produce database, monitoring and interpretation skill, presentation skills in different forum and network.
Major responsibility: Overall responsibilities of Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning (MEAL) activities of YEB Project, prepare MEAL plan and budget implement MEAL activities, and conduct field monitoring, ensure QBM, record the findings and complaints on OPMIS , coordinate with program team to solve the findings, handle toll free, provide proper feedback to team for the improvement of quality of activities, beneficiary database management; collect beneficiary data from the field, support to team to conduct annual indicator survey, baseline, Mid-term evaluation and end line survey , operational research, orientation to stakeholders and beneficiary about MEAL system, Share accountability message with stakeholders and beneficiaries. Ensure transparency and accountability learning and good practices together with program team.
